At Modus Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original protective packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your curbside or residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
